Steve March Torme, son of Mel Torme, appeared at the Door Community Auditorium in Fish Creek, Door County, Wisconsin on Friday, December 30. Singing a variety of his dad’s hit songs, Christmas songs, standards,  and original songs Steve and his band put on an excellent performance. Local favorite Woody Mankowski performed on saxophone and on one song sang along with Steve Torme. Now living in Appleton, Wisconsin Mr. Torme told stories about growing up in California, life with his dad and how he eventually decided to move to Wisconsin. American Folklore Theatre presented Home for the Holidays with AFT at the historic Gibraltar Town Hall in Fish Creek on December 29th. Karen Mal, Katie Dahl and James Valcq entertained the capacity crowd with a variety of Christmas songs and some original compositions. Daddy D presented their Christmas Show at Third Avenue Playhouse in Sturgeon Bay, Door County on November 19. Always a sell out and well received Daddy D did not disappoint the crowd. An odd assortment of characters fills the cast of Othello as a local theater company prepares its annual Shakespeare festival. When rehearsals are interrupted by the appearance of a mysterious spirit, they must solve the clues to figure out how & why she needs their help.
Can they rescue her in time and still put on a show?

This is a remix of a video slideshow I originally produced for Go Door County of fall and winter fun in Door County, Wisconsin. Enjoy!!!

Egg Harbor held their annual Holly Days celebration November 25 and 26 in Egg Harbor, Door County, Wisconsin. Singing Christmas Carols, meeting Santa, gathering with family and friends and watching the tree lighting where only some of the fun activities that where enjoyed by all.

Jacksonport, Door County held it’s annual Thanksgiving Day Parade Thanksgiving Day in Jacksonport. There where plenty of interesting charactors to entertain the large crowd that gathered.
